1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GamePlay ("the App"), published by Zentra, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. The Service

GamePlay is a catalogue and player for game walkthroughs, gameplay videos, boss fights, game movies and guides that are publicly available on YouTube. Videos are played through YouTube's official embedded player. GamePlay does not host, copy, download or re-upload any video.

3. Content and Ownership

All videos remain the property of their creators, and all games, characters, logos and artwork shown remain the property of their respective publishers and developers. GamePlay is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or by YouTube.

Your use of videos inside the App is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. If you own content shown in the App and want it removed, contact us at the address below and we will take it down.

4. Game Information

Details shown for each game — such as release year, score, age rating, developer, platforms and characters — are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Age ratings are a guide only; you are responsible for deciding whether a video is suitable for you.

5. Your Licence and Acceptable Use

You may use GamePlay for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• •Download, rip, record, redistribute or resell content reached through the App.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or interfere with the App or its services.
• •Artificially inflate like counts or otherwise abuse the App's features.
• •Use the App in any way that breaks applicable law.

6. GamePlay Pro

GamePlay Pro is a single, non-consumable purchase that removes all advertising and asks YouTube for the highest streaming quality available for a video. It is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on any device signed in to that account. Actual video quality still depends on your connection and on what the original video provides. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policies.

7. Advertising

Without GamePlay Pro, the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including full-screen ads before and during playback. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

8. Availability

The catalogue changes over time, and creators can remove or restrict their videos at any moment. GamePlay cannot guarantee that any particular video stays available or plays in every region, and may change or discontinue features of the App at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GamePlay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentra and the developer of GamePlay are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of GamePlay after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
