Privacy Policy

1. Overview

BiliSaver is a utility app. It does not ask you to register, it does not have user profiles, and it does not upload your downloads, your history or your files anywhere. Everything the app produces stays on your device unless you deliberately share it yourself.

2. We Do Not Collect Personal Data

The developer does not collect, store, sell or transmit any personally identifiable information. Specifically, BiliSaver does not collect:

• •Your name, email address or phone number
• •Your Bilibili account details — the app never asks you to log in
• •Your contacts, messages, photos or call history
• •Your precise location
• •The contents of the videos you download

3. Data Stored On Your Device

All of the following is kept locally on your phone and is never sent to the developer or to any third-party server:

• •Your download list — video titles, thumbnails, file sizes and durations
• •The videos themselves, saved to the folder you choose
• •Your app preferences, such as light or dark theme

Clearing the list inside the app, deleting the files, or uninstalling BiliSaver removes this data.

4. Network Requests

When you paste a link, the app contacts Bilibili's public servers to read that video's public details — its title, cover image, duration and stream address — and then downloads the video file itself. These requests go directly from your device to Bilibili. The developer operates no server and never sees the links you paste.

Bilibili is an independent company and handles those requests under its own privacy policy. BiliSaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bilibili in any way.

5. Advertising

BiliSaver is free and is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. The app shows banner ads, native ads placed inside the downloads grid, and an occasional full-screen ad when you open the app.

To serve those ads, Google may collect and process data on its own behalf, including:

• •Your device's advertising ID
• •General device information such as model, OS version and language
• •Approximate, region-level location derived from your IP address
• •Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown or tapped

This data is collected by Google, not by the developer, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings under Privacy → Ads.

6. Permissions

BiliSaver requests only what it needs to do its job:

• •Internet — to read video details and download the video file
• •Storage / media access — to save finished videos and to find them again after you reinstall the app
• •Notifications — to show download progress while the app is in the background

Declining the notification permission does not stop downloads from working.

7. Children's Privacy

BiliSaver is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please get in touch and it will be addressed.

8. Your Control

You remain in control of everything the app produces. You can clear your download list, delete any saved video from inside the app or from your gallery, change where downloads are stored, or uninstall the app entirely — which removes the app's list and preferences from your device.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the app changes. Any revision will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date.
