1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using BiliSaver ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the App and uninstall it.

2. Description of the App

The App lets you paste a public Bilibili video link, preview that video, and save it to your own device for offline viewing. It provides no content of its own; it only retrieves what Bilibili already serves publicly for the link you supply.

3. No Affiliation with Bilibili

BiliSaver is developed independently by Zentra Apps. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Bilibili or any of its subsidiaries. All trademarks and video content belong to their respective owners.

4. Your Responsibility for Downloaded Content

This is the most important term in this document. Videos on Bilibili are owned by their creators and are protected by copyright. You agree that:

• •You will only download videos you own, that are freely licensed, or that you otherwise have permission to save
• •You will use downloaded videos for personal, offline viewing only
• •You will not redistribute, re-upload, sell or publicly perform downloaded videos without the rights holder's permission
• •You will comply with Bilibili's own terms of service and with the copyright law that applies where you live

Responsibility for how you use the App, and for any content you download with it, rests entirely with you.

5. Availability and Video Quality

The App depends on services it does not control. Links may fail, downloads may be interrupted, and some videos — including private, paid, region-locked or members-only videos — may not be downloadable at all. Available quality is limited to what Bilibili serves publicly for the link you provide. No particular result, quality or uptime is guaranteed.

6. Advertising

The App is free and is supported by advertising through Google AdMob. By using the App you accept that ads will be shown. Ad data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone's copyright
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the App
• •Use the App to bypass payment, subscription or access restrictions on any service
• •Automate, resell or commercialise access to the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including lost files, storage consumed by downloads, data charges, or any claim brought against you in connection with content you chose to download.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the App changes. Any revision will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continuing to use the App means you accept the revised Terms.
