1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NetGaurd ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the App

NetGaurd is a WiFi and mobile data usage tracker. It reads network usage statistics already recorded by your device's operating system to show you how much data you and your installed apps have used, broken down by WiFi and mobile data. The App is provided for informational and monitoring purposes only.

3. Accuracy of Data

Data usage figures shown in the App are estimates based on statistics reported by your device's operating system. They may differ from the usage reported by your network carrier or internet service provider due to rounding, measurement method, or billing-cycle differences. NetGaurd should not be relied upon as the sole basis for tracking your data plan or avoiding overage charges — always confirm exact usage with your carrier.

4. Permissions

To function, NetGaurd requires Usage Access (or an equivalent network statistics permission) to read data-usage totals, and internet access to load advertisements. By using the App, you agree to grant the permissions necessary for it to operate. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings, though doing so may prevent the App from functioning correctly.

5. Advertising

NetGaurd is free to use and is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob, which helps fund ongoing development. By using the App you acknowledge and agree that ads will be shown, including native ads within the App's screens and an occasional full-screen ad when you open it, and that Google may process limited, non-personal device information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some ads are rewarded ads, which are always optional. You are told what you will receive before one plays and you may decline; no feature of the App is withheld if you do. You agree not to interfere with, automate, or artificially generate ad impressions or clicks within the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✓Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• ✓Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App's normal operation.
• ✓Use the App in a way that violates your device manufacturer's or carrier's terms of service.
• ✓Redistribute, resell, or repackage the App without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NetGaurd is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data usage figures will be perfectly accurate. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any data overage charges, billing disputes, or losses resulting from reliance on usage figures shown in the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
