By downloading, installing, or using Pin Saver ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Educational Purpose

Pin Saver is provided for educational, informational, and personal-reference purposes only. The App is a technical utility that demonstrates how publicly available media can be retrieved and stored locally for offline viewing. It is not intended to encourage or facilitate any infringement of intellectual property rights.

3. Publicly Available Content Only

The App is designed to access only content that is already publicly available. It does not bypass, circumvent, or defeat any login, password, paywall, encryption, or other access-control or technical protection measure. You may use the App only to save content that is lawfully accessible to the public.

4. Fair Use & Copyright Responsibility

Media accessed through the App may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by third parties. Any use of such media must qualify as "fair use" / "fair dealing" under applicable law, or must otherwise be authorised by the rights holder.

You are solely and fully responsible for how you use any content saved with the App. By using Pin Saver you agree that you will:

• ✓Only save content for personal, private, non-commercial use.
• ✓Respect the copyright and other rights of the original creators and owners.
• ✓Obtain permission from the rights holder before reproducing, redistributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any saved content.
• ✓Not use saved content in any way that infringes intellectual property rights or violates any applicable law.

5. No Affiliation & Third-Party Rights

Pin Saver is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party platform, brand, or content provider from which media may originate. All trademarks, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. The App does not host, own, or claim any rights over third-party media; it merely retrieves publicly available media at your request and stores it on your own device.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✓Use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.
• ✓Save, distribute, or use content you are not legally permitted to use.
• ✓Use the App to access content that is private, restricted, or behind any access control.
• ✓Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to disrupt or impair the App's functionality.
• ✓Use the App in any manner that violates the rights of others or any applicable law or regulation.

7. Advertising

Pin Saver is free to use and is supported by advertising. The App displays banner, interstitial (full-screen), and app-open ads served through Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge and agree that ads will be shown and that the advertising provider may process limited device information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Device Permissions

The App requests storage/media and internet permissions only to save the media you choose to your device, to let you view and manage those saved files, and to load content and ads. The App does not scan, collect, or upload other personal files from your device. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though doing so may limit the App's functionality.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pin Saver is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any particular content will be retrievable. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, any claims relating to copyright infringement or misuse of saved content — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. You acknowledge that you assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the App and any content you save with it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your saved content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

12. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder and believe the App is being used in a way that infringes your rights, please contact us at the email below and we will respond appropriately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
